Sophie was born and grew up in Paris in 1993. She is a constant member in the youth-ensemble of the Vienna Volksoper since 2005. Her first role was „Bielke“ in „The Fiddler on the Roof“ at age 11. More solo guest-appearances as Luise Trapp in „The Sound of Music“(2007), as Fini in „The Land of Smiles“ (2008-2010) and as Kathi in „A Waltz Dream“ (2011-2013) followed.
After graduating from „Krauss“ Acting School in 2014, she began her studies as a musical actress at the Vienna Conservatory, which she successfully completed in January 2017. During her time at the acting school she performed, alongside various plays on the school’s stage herself, as „Actress“ and „Whore“ in Schnitzler’s „Der Reigen“ at the OFF-theater Vienna, directed by Nicolas Charaux.
Her first appearance in Austrian cinemas and on public television (ORF) was in the crime comedy „Bad Fucking“ (MR Filmproduction, directed by: Harald Sicheritz) as „Sofie“ in 2013.
In April 2016 she performed the role of „Rapunzel“ and „Cinderella’s Mother“ in Sondheim’s Musical „Into the Woods“ at Vienna’s English Theatre.
In 2018/19 she co-starred in „A Night in Venice“, „Pinocchio“ and „Vivaldi – the fifth season“ at the Vienna Volksoper. Last summer she was part of the „Märchensommer Niederösterreich“ and played the Seagull in „The Little Mermaid“.
After spending a month in New York to learn at the Susan Batson Studio and the Broadway Dance Center she‘ll be part of the Ensemble in „The Count of Monte Christo“ at Felsenbühne Staatz this summer.
